Delivery Policy

• We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Customers in New Zealand can expect delivery from between 2-7 working days and your products will be sent by Courier Post Tracked.
• International orders are sent by Air Mail, unless otherwise agreed. For customers in Australia, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery and for North America and Europe, 10-14 days.
• Postage:Unless otherwise agreed, Courier Post within New Zealand is NZ$10 per order, NZ$15 per order to Australia & the Pacific region, and NZ$15 per order to all other destinations.

Returns / Refund policy

• We will honor our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
• In the event of a product being faulty, at our discretion, we may choose to repair / replace / refund a faulty product that is within the warrantee period.
• Returns are not available if you have changed your mind.
  
• Any products returned must be returned with complete packaging, including all accessories and be in resaleable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Return freight costs are at the customer's expense.

Dispute resolution policy

• We hope your online shopping experience with us is a positive and pleasant one. However, if you and not satisfied with our products or service, please contact us as sopon as possible (preferably within 7 days of ordering) and we will do our best to make things right.
